Refund policy

At Yevga, every piece is handmade and many items are one of a kind, created with natural pearls and gemstones. Please read descriptions, measurements, and look through all photos carefully before purchasing. I am always happy to answer questions before the order is placed.

Returns and refunds are accepted only if the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged. Return requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds because of:

• change of mind
• gift recipient preference
• natural pearl or gemstone variations
• worn or damaged items

Please understand that pearls and gemstones are natural and unique. Small differences in shape, color, texture, and surface are part of their beauty and make each piece special.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can work out a solution.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was on my side. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
