My Story

14 years ago, while visiting my parents in my birth country, I walked into a craft store and saw pearls that immediately caught my eye. I bought them without really knowing what I was going to do with them. When I got home, I searched for a tutorial and made my very first bracelet.

At that time, my kids were little. During their daytime naps, I would sit quietly and work on jewelry. I still remember finishing that first bracelet and absolutely loving it. So I went back to the store, bought more pearls, and made another one… and then another.

For some people, making jewelry would probably feel tedious or frustrating. For me, it became the opposite — peaceful, calming, almost meditative. I could sit on the front porch with my mom, talking while my hands worked on another bracelet. Later, when she was far away, I would have her on the phone while creating pieces. I could listen to audiobooks, watch movies, or simply get lost in the process. Jewelry making became my quiet space.

After I made around 10–15 bracelets, one of my family members suggested I should try selling them. The funny thing is — it had never even crossed my mind. I was simply creating because I loved it.

That suggestion slowly led me into exploring online shops and handmade marketplaces… and long story short — here I am today.

I started with freshwater pearls. Later, I discovered Edison pearls and completely fell in love with their large size and natural colors — soft pinks, champagne shades, glowing whites. Then I found Tahitian pearls, and that was it for me. Their depth, mystery, and individuality captured my heart instantly.

Over the years, my jewelry also evolved. Today I create not only pearl jewelry, but also boho wrap bracelets, earrings, lariat necklaces, leather pieces, and one-of-a-kind designs that reflect my love for natural beauty and handmade art.

My kids are teenagers now. They no longer take naps while I create nearby. Life changed. But one thing stayed the same — I still love sitting down and making beautiful pieces with my hands, just as much as I did 14 years ago.

And I can't forget to mention my biggest supporter — Sasha, my Black Russian Terrier. She's 2 years old, and she's always right there next to me while I work. She doesn't make jewelry, but her presence makes every piece a little more special. Fun fact — her breed is actually nicknamed "The Black Pearl of Russia," which felt like too perfect a sign to ignore. That's exactly why my upcoming collection carries her name. Alongside jewelry, my second passion became Real Estate. I truly love helping people sell their homes, but even more than that — helping them find the one that feels right. There is something incredibly special about watching someone step into a new chapter of their life, whether it's a first home, a fresh start, or a dream they worked hard for.

I think both jewelry and Real Estate have something in common for me — they are personal, emotional, and connected to people's stories.
